The Trading Rooms That Aren’t Ghost Towns

Editor’s Note: A paid chatroom I am spending time in.

A lot of trading Discords are getting quiet.

Even the Overnight Momentum trading group, which now has around 900 people and is the free room I run, has been quieter than I’d like. Some days it feels like I’m talking to a wall.

But that’s okay. I’ll keep sharing, and I hope the people in there keep sharing too.

To the few of you who consistently post ideas, ask questions, and hop on voice chat, I’m genuinely grateful. Some of my best trades have come from poking around with you all, comparing notes, and paying attention to what’s moving.

That is still one of the most underrated parts of trading.

Being around other active traders matters.

Not because you should blindly follow anyone. You shouldn’t.

But because idea flow matters. Seeing what other sharp traders are watching matters. Hearing how people are thinking through risk, entries, exits, and themes matters.

And right now, SaveOnTrading has a few offers for trading rooms that are much more active than most Discords.

They aren’t free, but they punch above their weight.

Investors Underground

The first is Investors Underground, run by Nathan Michaud.

In my opinion, IU is still the top paid trading chatroom in the industry. The room has real-time trading chat, daily watchlists, pre-market broadcasts, educational videos, courses, scanners, and an active community of serious traders.

A lot of traders from places like SMB Capital and Kershner Trading Group spend time in that room, and the idea flow can be ridiculous.

Right now, you can get 47% off the annual subscription through SaveOnTrading.

Humbled Trader

The second is Humbled Trader, run by Shay, better known as Humbled Trader.

What I like about Shay’s brand is that it doesn’t sell the fake Lambo version of trading. Her whole approach is much more grounded: trading is hard, risk matters, and you need a real process.

The Humbled Trader community includes education, day trading and swing trading resources, coaching, a video library, and a community of traders learning together. It’s especially interesting for traders who want more structure and don’t just want a noisy chatroom full of random alerts.

You can get 10% off your first billing cycle through our exclusive SaveOnTrading offer.

Madaz Money

Finally, there’s Madaz Money.

Madaz, whose real name is Max, is probably the most active trader of the bunch. He is a retired structural engineer turned full-time trader, and his room is built around live trading, voice chat, and fast-moving small-cap momentum.

He is known for trading volatile names, holding nothing overnight, and being extremely transparent with his trading. He has shared broker statements and daily P&L for years, and his style is very different from the slower, watchlist-heavy rooms.

If you want to observe an active trader live on the mic, this is one of the more interesting rooms out there.

You can get 10% off Madaz Money through the exclusive partnership we closed with them.

Trading with an active group is simply more fun.

You learn faster when you’re surrounded by people who are engaged, watching the tape, sharing ideas, and actually showing up every day.

It’s a shame that even good free groups like Overnight Momentum aren’t always as active as I’d like, but I’ll keep posting there. And I’ll also keep spending time in rooms where the idea flow is alive.

As always, don’t blindly follow anyone. Use these communities to learn, pressure-test ideas, and sharpen your own process.

Kyle

P.S. If you’re already in Overnight Momentum, keep posting. Even one good chart, one smart question, or one idea someone else missed can make the room better for everyone. That’s how good trading communities stay alive.
